Each year, our speakers inspire us with their witness to the transformative power of love. For our 5th anniversary event, speakers and musicians will share stories that inspire us to believe, challenge ourselves, and help those in need!
Gloria Purvis is a public speaker and Natural Family planning teacher. She is dedicated to promoting the sanctity of human life, marriage, and the dignity of human persons. Gloria is the host of the morning drive time show, Morning Glory, on EWTN Global Catholic Radio. Gloria will co-MC OneLife LA.
Damon Owens is the founder and executive director of joytob. He promotes a culture of marriage and respect through his talks on marriage, sexuality, Theology of the Body, Theology of the Family, adoption, and NFP. Damon will co-MC OneLife LA.
Rick Smith is the founder of Hope Story and provides inspiration and encouragement to parents whose child has just received a Down syndrome diagnosis. Rick and his family will share stories of their son Noah and the great work they are doing to help families across the country.
Dr. Jose Villela Vizcaya, despite having lost movement and sensation in most of his body, has excelled as a doctor and a Paralympic swimmer. He shares his experience and his deep belief in the power of the human spirit to transcend adversity
Karyme Lozano is one of the most prominent international television stars today, three times chosen as one of People in Español’s ‘50 Most Beautiful People’. She co-starred in the Epic movie, For Greater Glory, and is a diligent pro-life advocate. Karyme will help us welcome our keynote speaker.
Ryan O’Hara serves as the Content Director for Saint Paul’s Outreach, national Catholic organization that ministers to college students on campus. He uses his outreach position to impassion people to grow in spiritual maturity and become apostles to others. Ryan will share his family’s story of foster care and its connection to his pro-life commitment.
Mario Albert Perez is originally from Mexico but from 2000 onward has spend his life traveling in Center and South America as well as the US, evangelizing through music, concerts, and liturgy.
Connor Flanagan is a musician through Dayton Ave Productions. He creates a new take on music. Branded as “where worship meets hip-hop,” he provides an authentic stage presence and unique musical experience.
With additional appearances by Jon Martin and Melissa Zavala and music by the Conjunto Nacional Salsa Band, Archdiocese of LA High School marching bands, and Transfiguration Gospel Choir.
