Don’t Let Them Spend Another Mother’s Day Alone

Last weekend most of us called our moms, sent them cards, bought them flowers, took them out to dinner, made them breakfast, or were the recipient of those gifts. But for 28,000 children in the LA County foster system, Mother’s Day looked very different.

May is National Foster Care Awareness Month, and it’s our privilege to partner with FosterAll.

Families considering the call to foster or adopt are faced with a myriad of choices and a complex system to navigate. FosterAll guides parents through the process of becoming a foster or adoptive parent, and provides a community of support along the journey.

FosterAll also partners with churches and ministries, providing information and support to families considering becoming foster parents or adopting, and ministries to encourage those who already are. Every step of the way, they guide foster or adoptive families through the system, explaining their options and bringing clarity and encouragement.

Thanks to their unique personalized approach, FosterAll is the leader in recruitment of foster and adoptive families. Forty-six percent of the families they recruit are successfully approved, and over 3,500 children have been placed in FosterAll recruited homes.
